d51506b2f3 Make gcsql.GetCompleteDatabaseVersion return an int flag instead of a bunch of booleans 
Also isolate SQL host address if it is encased in tcp()

092aa8aede Removed any reference to board.html 
Board.html used to be a symbolic link to 1.html.
Now uses 1.html directly verywhere, fixing a bug where the board
couldnt rebuild
